Test Retakes and Requirements
All Tests will be sent home to be signed by a parent, and should be
returned the following day.
Students have the opportunity to Retake a test, if they have met the requirements below. An alternative to a Retake may be an opportunity to show mastery in another manner, such as an essay or a small project / product. These cases will be on an individual basis. In some cases, only a portion of the Test may have to be Re-taken. To retake a Test, your student may be expected to do additional assignments (homework) on study and test taking skills, and will meet with the teacher (student conference) to discuss ways to improve their study skills, or to better understand the content.
Requirements must be met to retake a Unit Test. They include:

- ALL Unit Tests that earn a Not Yet grade must be signed by a Parent and returned
- ALL missing assignments must be done and turned in before the Retake
